   • Blockchain & Smart Contract Risk: Assets rely on blockchain technology and, in some cases, smart contracts. These are experimental technologies that may contain flaws, vulnerabilities, or be subject to attacks, potentially resulting in the loss of your Assets.
   • Platform Risk: While we employ robust security measures, our Platform is not immune to technical glitches, system failures, cyber-attacks (hacking, phishing, DDoS), or other operational issues. Such events may result in the temporary unavailability of the Platform or, in a worst-case scenario, the loss of funds.
   • Third-Party Risk: The Platform may integrate with third-party services (wallet providers, liquidity providers). We are not responsible for any failures, breaches, or losses arising from these third-party services.

   • Security of Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) details. Any access to or use of your account is your responsibility.
   • Irreversible Transactions: Transactions on blockchain networks are typically irreversible. If you send Assets to an incorrect address, they may be permanently lost.
